Aubrey Plaza, born on June 26, 1984 is a comedian and actor well-known for her dry sense of humor. April Ludgate is her role in Parks and Recreation. After doing improv and sketch comedy on The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza began her first web-based series through The Jeannie Tate Show. Her later work experience saw her went on to star in Judd Apatow Funny People, Scott Pilgrim and The World. Make sure to celebrate her birthday! Aubrey Christina Plaza (born in Wilmington, Delaware) is the daughter Bernadette Plaza, who is an attorney by profession, and David Plaza a financial consultant. Their father was Puerto Rican while her mother is Irish as well as English. Plaza went to a Catholic girls' school from 2002 to 2006, then the Tisch School of the Arts of New York University. When she was a student at the Wilmington Drama League, Plaza served as the President of the student government. Plaza suffered from a stroke while in her second year of college. This left her with an expressive aphasia aswell being paralyzed. Today, she's fully recovered. Plaza has been performing improv comedy, and sketches at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater since 2004. In New York, Plaza has been performing stand-up comedians in The Improv as well as the Laugh Factory. Plaza was featured in E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street and The Jeannie Tate Show as Robin Gibney as well as the first episode of Terrible Decisions with Ben Schwartz. The show's Troopers was hosted by CollegeHumor. She performed the role of Princess in the satirical Sci-Fi character. Plaza was first a saxophone player in Cassorla's Bona Fide (2014).
